Welcome to XF Training Company, a dedicated space for women to come together, train, and empower one another in both physical performance and mental well-being. At XF Training Company, we tap into the unique energy and strength of femininity, with a focus on mastering heels technique and enhancing performance skills.

In this group, we’ll set both collective and individual goals, working towards them as a supportive community. With me, Camilla, as your mentor, we’ll hold weekly Sunday training sessions from 18:00 to 19:30. Additionally, I will personally guide you in selecting two extra classes each week that align with your personal growth and goals.
