Aerial Hoop

Over this 12-week Aerial Hoop course, we build on hoop positions from Aerial Hoop N, focusing on more challenging tricks  and transitioning through positions. We continue to refine technique of beginner and intermediate Aerial Hoop positions requiring upper body strength, balance, and body control. 

Pre-requisites:  You'll get the most out of this course if you have been training Aerial Hoop for at least a term before and have mastered beginner Aerial Hoop positions. Students should be comfortable with beginner dynamic transitions as well as be comfortable doing inverts on the bottom bar, inverts on the top bar and front inverts. Students who have not already received instructor permission should contact Martina (martinaleso@hotmail.it)) to determine if the necessary course prerequisites are met. Please note that due to the advanced nature of this course,  even after the course starts, students may be recommended to another level to ensure safe training.

The course fee also includes the opportunity to practice during hoop socials (Sundays 19:00-21:00 in Rosendal). Socials are an open studio time where you can practice whatever you want to repeat or learn. An instructor is always present if you need help.
